How to Claim?
Step 1: If a dasher experiences an accident while performing DASH job. Seek medical attention first and inform DASH live chat.
Step 2: Dasher is required to obtain the original official medical bills or receipts from the hospital or clinic.
Step 3: It is highly recommended that Dashers file a police report as a supporting document in the event of an incident.
Step 4: Email to hello@dashnow.my with the below requirements:-

Subject: DASH Insurance Claim - (Job Ref)
Content: (Briefly explain)
Attachment: Original medical bill and police report / other supporting document.
Terms & Conditions :-
- The insurance claim is valid only when travelling to the job or while performing a DASH job.
- Only one (1) insurance claim per DASH job is allowed.
- Must obtain original official medical bill/receipt, ; it is not eligible if the receipt has been claimed by another insurance.
- Dasher must complete at least ONE (1) DASH job per month to qualify for this insurance benefit.
- All claims for approval shall be determined solely by the insurance company, subject to the requirements stipulated by said insurance company.
- Any incomplete submission will be ignored.
