What is Deduction?
A deduction is made when Dasher at fault gets involved in accidents, false complete a job, gets summoned for parking illegally, smoking penalty etc.
Based on the situation, there are two kinds of deduction:
1. Full Amount Deduction
A small amount (not more than RM50), will be deducted from your next payout
In the event of
- Dashers false complete (did not do the job but marked the job as complete)
- Overpaid due to location change (distance became shorter)
2. Instalment Deduction
After mutual agreement on the amount (RM) for the weekly deduction
In the event of
- An accident occurred where Dasher is at fault
- Large amount of fine, penalty, etc.
How to View Your Deduction Status?
Step 2:
Click on ‘Deductions’.
Step 3:
Tap to view the details of the ongoing deductions.
Step 4:
Tap on the Deduction Settlement to view the transaction.
Step 5:
View the following Deduction Details.
