1. Cancellations

Canceling last-minute jobs might feel like the easiest thing to do when you don’t plan out your journey. This applies to frequent or immediate cancellations after accepting the job. Dashers who cancel often or cancel due to invalid reasons will be penalized.

Plan out your schedule in advance to have a smooth journey. After all, this will benefit both you and the members when everything goes smooth-sailing!

2. Punctuality

We all know that time is money, especially when it comes to On-Time Pick-Ups (OTP) and On-Time Deliveries (OTD). Being punctual is crucial whether you're picking the car up or delivering the car. Nobody wants to deal with a late pick-up/delivery, right? Members expect their orders to arrive on time, and being tardy can lead to bad reviews, lost customers, a damaged reputation, and most importantly, being penalized! As a Dasher, here are some things to take into consideration when planning your schedule: 1. Have sufficient time to refuel/ bring to the carwash.* 2. Plan for a better route and avoid bad traffic. *Only applicable to SOCAR-2-U and SOCAR+ jobs.
