We all know that time is money, especially when it comes to On-Time Pick-Ups (OTP) and On-Time Deliveries (OTD). Being punctual is crucial whether you're picking the car up or delivering the car. Nobody wants to deal with a late pick-up/delivery, right?
Members expect their orders to arrive on time, and being tardy can lead to bad reviews, lost customers, a damaged reputation, and most importantly, being penalized!
As a Dasher, here are some things to take into consideration when planning your schedule:
1. Have sufficient time to refuel/ bring to the carwash.*
2. Plan for a better route and avoid bad traffic.
