🚖 What is Late Night Incentive? (aka E-Hailing Claims)
As we prioritize our Dasher’s safety, this is an initiative to help Dashers reduce travelling costs, provide convenience & ensure your safety at night.
Late Night Incentives are provided by tier! The later your Dash job, the more incentives you will receive!
What are the Criteria?
Eligible for all Dash job types within Malaysia, start time or end time between 10pm-7am.

How much LNI are you entitled to?
All Job Types (No Shuttle Service Requested for Buddy Driver jobs)

How to submit Late Night Incentive claims in Dash app?
- Go to My Jobs
- On the History tab, find & tap on the Job Ref
- Scroll down & tap on Claims & Compensation
- Proceed to Add Claims
- Select Late Night Incentives
- Fill up the details accordingly to the receipt
For Shuttle Service is requested but cancelled, ensure to provide a description & screenshots of the conversation as proof

💰 Why didn't I get the full e-hailing claim?
Buddy Driver Job
You are only eligible for a full claim if you have requested for Shuttle Driver but:
- Shuttle Driver is late (more than 20 mins after Job End Time)
- Shuttle Driver not assigned (after job start time)
- Shuttle Driver requested to cancel
- Shuttle Driver unreachable
- Customer changes Drop-Off location (more than 2km)
- Customer extends booking time (Job End Time changes)
The full e-hailing claim is based on the Job Type (table above)
Other Jobs
Only eligible based on the table above
❌ Why is my Late Night Incentive claim rejected?
- The job is cancelled (please refer to T&C);
- No e-hailing receipt was provided;
- The receipt is too small/cropped/blurred/unreadable;
- The receipt is requested within the DASH mission (from car collected to job completed);
- Wrong details input - Receipt details are different from submission in the Dash app;
- The receipt does NOT show:
- Start & End Time
- Start & End Location
- Amount (RM)
- The receipt shows the ride is ongoing (not completed); or
- Did not fill up Distance Travelled (KM)/ Incorrect distance travelled
- Please check on Google Maps based on the departure time
Ensure to refer to & follow the Terms & Conditions for smoother approval process
✅ How to ensure my Late Night Incentive claim is approved?
- Screenshots of E-hailing receipts MUST be provided as the example shown in the app.
- Ensure the e-hailing receipts submit contains:
- Start & End Location
- Start & End Time
- Amount (RM)
- Distance Travelled (KM)
- Provide a description (if necessary)
- Details input when submitting the claim in the Dash app is the same as shown in the receipt
- Ensure to update & follow the SOP process when doing jobs
- From taking a selfie to start the job > take Before Inspection photos > take After Inspection photos > Mark Job as Complete once the job is done
Any fraud attempts (fake receipts/suspicious activities) will result in the rejection of claims and disciplinary actions will be taken.

Terms & Conditions
- The receipt amount is capped based on tier according to each job type.
- Submit within 3 days (72 hours) from Job Completion Time/Reviewed Date. Otherwise, it will be rejected.
- Only one (1) claim per job: E-hailing to pick-up location OR from drop-off location.
- Only for jobs that start/end between 10pm to 7am 🕙
- E-Hailing is requested within 30 mins from Job Start or Job Completed / Job End Time (whichever is earlier).
- NOT eligible if Shuttle Service is used.
- Only eligible if the Shuttle Service request is cancelled/not available between 10pm to 7am.
- If Shuttle Driver is assigned but requested to be cancelled by Dasher or Shuttle Driver, the eligibility will be based on All Job Types (No Shuttle Service Requested).
- All jobs MUST be completed to be entitled to the incentives stated above.
- Change of Destination & Tips given to the e-hailing driver are not eligible/included.
