1. ⛽ Fuel

Dashers are required to refuel all SOCAR vehicles at least 75% of their fuel level during delivery or pick up.
Dash jobs that are entitled to fuel claim:

  • SOCAR+
  • Trevo Custodian*

ℹ️ Are all Dash jobs entitled to the fuel claim?
Only the price of RON95 or Diesel fuel is eligible for claim.
(Please make sure that the SOCAR vehicle is fueled with the correct and valid fuel type. If you are unsure, please contact our live chat support for verification.)

Refuel if the SOCAR vehicle's fuel level is below 75%.

ℹ️ TREVO Custodian Jobs*
Only if the car petrol is empty & unable to drive, fuel sufficient amount only (maximum RM20) to complete the job. It is a MUST to submit Odometer pictures before & after fueling up.

Dash does not cover full petrol for TREVO Custodian jobs.
If the host/guest request to pump full tank or send for car wash, please ensure they pay you on the spot when handing over the car.

Fuel Submission
When should I submit the Fuel claim?
Submit all claims within 7 days of completing the task. Any delayed submission will not be entertained.
When will the Fuel claim be reviewed?
The fuel claim will be reviewed within 3-5 working days from the submission date.
When will the Fuel claim be paid?
Once the claim is approved, it will be reimbursed/paid together with your next weekly payment.
About Fuel Receipt
How to ensure my fuel claim is approved?
  • Update & follow the SOP process when doing jobs
    • From taking a selfie to start the job > take Before Inspection photos > take After Inspection photos > Mark Job as Complete once the job is done
    • ⚠️
      DO NOT immediately Mark Job as Complete when you just started the job.
  • Receipt is
    • official final receipt;
    • clear and readable;
    • not cropped or torn; and
    • snapped with the vehicle’s road tax.
  • Details input when submitting the claim in the Dash app is the same as shown in the receipt
Why is my fuel claim rejected?
  • Pre-Pay/Pre-Authorized/Prepay Sale Receipt
    • contains the word "NOT FINAL”;
    • does not show the fuel amount (Litre);
    • has no date and/or time stamp.
  • The receipt is cropped/blurred/unreadable
  • Receipt time is not within the DASH mission (from car collected to marking job completed)
  • Wrong details input - Receipt details are different from submission in the Dash app
Why are you getting Pre-Pay/Pre-Authorized receipts most of the time?
If you use CASH/CARD to pay at the counter first, the cashier will issue a temporary receipt (Pre-Pay/Pre-Authorized/Prepay Sale). After you finish fueling up, you need to go back to the counter to request the FINAL RECEIPT.
How to get the FINAL RECEIPT for the claim?
If you pay
  • 🚶🏻 at the counter using CASH/CARD, return to the counter again to request for final receipt after you finish refueling.
  • 💳 at the petrol terminal (not walk in to the counter) using CARD (Debit/Credit), final receipt will be printed out from the terminal after you place the petrol nozzle back.
  • 📱 with Petrol app (e.g. Setel app), take screenshot of the receipt from the app after you finish refueling.

2. 🚙 Toll

Toll fees are incurred when delivering SOCAR or TREVO's vehicle from the Pick Up to Drop Off Location.
Hence, Dash covers your toll expenses during your job, making your journey smoother and more convenient too. Dash jobs that are entitled to toll claim:
  • SOCAR-2-YOU
  • SOCAR+
  • Trevo Custodian

When performing a Buddy Driver job, kindly request the customer's Touch ‘n Go card for payment of toll fees.
If the customer request Dashers to pay in advance, Dasher may reject it; or please ensure to liaise with the customer & they pay you on the spot.
Toll Claim Submission
When should I submit the Toll claims?
Submit all claims within 7 days of completing the task. Any delayed submission will not be entertained.
When will the Toll claim be reviewed?
The toll claim will be reviewed within 3 working days from the submission date.
When will the Toll claim be paid?
Once the claim is approved, it will be reimbursed/paid together with your next weekly payment.
How to ensure my Toll claim is approved?
  • Get a TnG card & register TnG e-wallet.
    • Take a screenshot of the Touch‘nGo toll transaction (obtained via the TnG app/website portal).
  • If your payment method is by
    • Physical Receipt
      • clear and readable;
      • not cropped or torn;
      • not top-up/reload receipt; and
      • snapped with the vehicle’s road tax.

      • Submitted in separate entries (one transaction/receipt = one request); or
      • The transaction is clearly stated (not the full page of website portal history).
  • Details input when submitting the claim in the Dash app is the same as shown in the receipt
  • Ensure to update & follow the SOP process when doing jobs

Why is my Toll claim rejected?
  • Transaction status is Pending/Failed;
  • Transaction amount (RM) submitted in one lump sum;
  • Screenshot of History page without stating which transaction;
  • No date and time stamp;
  • Submitted top-up/reload receipt;
  • Photo of the toll post;
  • The receipt is too small/cropped/blurred/unreadable;
  • Toll receipt time is not within the DASH mission (from car collected to marking job completed);
  • Wrong details input - Receipt details are different from submission in the Dash app

Dash will also subsidize parking fees during your job, allowing you to focus on completing your tasks without worrying about parking charges. Dash jobs that are entitled to parking claim:

  • There are no Parking Fees when collecting SOCAR vehicles from SOCAR Zone.
  • All SOCAR zones are reserved parking that has a seasonal access pass inside the car. Please use it to exit/enter the parking.
  • In your Dash app (on the job), tap on “View Zone Details” for more information.

If a parking pass is provided, the Parking Fees will NOT be reimbursed if Dasher took & paid for the ticket instead.
All SOCAR zones are reserved parking that has a seasonal pass and is paid parking by SOCAR. If you face any issues during your job, please reach out to Live Chat to verify.

Entitled to parking claims for jobs completed during DASH mission (from car collected to marking job completed)

    • shows Entry/Exit Time;

    • is an official receipt (with logo & location name/address); and
    • is snapped with the vehicle’s road tax.

Why is my parking claim rejected?
  • No Entry/Exit Time;
  • The receipt is cropped/blurred/unreadable;
  • Dasher is late (not the assigned job time) and will have to bear the extra parking cost
  • Receipt time is not within the DASH mission (from car collected to marking job completed); or
  • Wrong details input - Receipt details are different from submission in the Dash app
What should I do if the ticket machine is out of paper/did not print the receipt?
  1. Get the receipt from the Car Park Management Office
  1. Take picture of the parking ticket (back) that indicates the Entry/Exit Date Time & amount (RM).

4. 🎟️ Fine/Clamp/Lost Ticket

We understand that unexpected events can happen while on the job. But don't worry, Dash has got you covered! If a fine, clamp or lost ticket is due to the member's negligence, we will reimburse the amount back to you (Dasher). So, you can complete your tasks with peace of mind, knowing that Dash has your back.

What is the limit expenses for Car Wash?
Small-Medium cars: Up to RM20
Examples: Myvi, Bezza, Axia, Picanto, Vios, Altis, Polo, Yaris, City, etc.
SUV/MPV cars: Up to RM30
Examples: CRV, HRV, CX5, CHR, X70, etc.
Extra Services Up to RM30

How to ensure my Car Wash claim is approved?
  • The receipt
    • is official Receipt (with Car Wash company logo & name/stamp);
    • has car plate number stated;
    • is itemized bill;
    • is clear and readable;
    • is not cropped or torn; and
    • is snapped with the vehicle’s road tax.
  • Has Before, During, and After car wash photos
    • front & Back of the car; and
    • inside of the car (if dirty)
  • Details input when submitting the claim in the Dash app is the same as shown in the receipt

Why is my Car Wash claim rejected?
  • The receipt
    • is invalid - handwritten with no logo/company stamp;
    • no vehicle number stated on the receipt;
    • not itemized bill;
    • is cropped/blurred/unreadable; or
    • no date stated.
  • Car Wash Condition is the same Before/During/After Car Wash
  • No proper Before/During/After Car Wash photos taken
  • Before/During/After Car Wash photos are the same
  • Receipt date/time is not within the DASH mission (from car collected to marking job completed); or
  • Wrong details input - Receipt details are different from submission in the Dash app
