Payments are processed and paid weekly. Jobs completed the previous week will be paid the following week.
The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. The cut-off date is Sunday, 11.59 pm.
Weekly payment includes completed job fees, claims, compensation, and incentives (if any).
All claims/compensation will be reviewed within 3 working days (weekends & public holidays are not included). Once approved, the claim will be paid the following week.

Different banks have different processing times, payment will be credited to your bank account latest bythe end of Friday. (given that there is no public holiday that falls in between)
*If there are any delays in payment, an announcement will be made.
Once the bank has processed your payment, you will receive a brief breakdown listed in the payment advice (file attachment) sent to your Dash email by the bank.

The Earnings Dashboard will NOT become RM0. It is the accumulation of all the Dash jobs & earnings (RM) you have completed since joining Dash.

Can I provide a bank account that is not under my name?
No. For security reasons, the bank account holder must be the Dash account owner.
Hence, we ask that you provide us with proof of ownership of the bank account - a screenshot of your monthly bank statement that clearly shows the information below:

What if I don’t have a bank account under my name?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make payments to accounts that are not registered under your name. Hence, Dashers who do not have their own bank account are not advisable to do Dash jobs.
I received the payment advice from the bank but I did not receive the money in my account.
Receiving the payment advice from the bank means the payment has been processed. However, different banks have different processing times, payment will be credited to your bank account latest bythe end of Friday.

My weekly payment is incorrect/different from my own calculation. What should I do?
1. Request for payment breakdown at hello@dashnow.my then refer and check what was missed.
2. Reply to the same email thread and providedetails (Job ID/screenshots etc.) for further investigation.

Are payslips provided?
No, currently we do not provide payslips. However, the bank’s payment advice is sent to your email when you get paid weekly.
