How does Dash Payment Work?
- Payments are made to Dash registered account owners only.
- Payments are processed and paid weekly. Jobs completed the previous week will be paid the following week.
- The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. The cut-off date is Sunday, 11.59 pm.
- Weekly payment includes completed job fees, claims, compensation, and incentives (if any).
- All claims/compensation will be reviewed within 3 working days (weekends & public holidays are not included). Once approved, the claim will be paid the following week.
Once the bank has processed your payment, you will receive a brief breakdown listed in the payment advice (file attachment) sent to your Dash email by the bank. **Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox
