1. Accepted jobs will be in the “My Jobs” tab

  • Only accept the jobs near you that you are able to complete

  • You will be able to see the Pick-Up Time & Location, Drop Off Time & Location, and Notes provided by the guest

What should I do if the guest request to start early?
Please inform the customer to update their time 🕰 by reaching out to SOCAR/TREVO CS.

🚨 Note: Your job fee will be adjusted accordingly (if any). Hence, both the updated job fee & location will be reflected in your job.

What should I do if I am unable to contact 📞 the guest?
  1. If the phone call does not go through, try reaching out to the customer through WhatsApp (call/message).
  1. Proceed to Dash Live Chat to get assistance.
  1. If we (Dash) are unable to contact the customer, we will proceed to cancel the job.

3. Tap on the “Start Job“ button to start your job

Dasher must be at the pick-up location stated in the app in order to start the job.

Can I start the job early ⏰ ?
You may start the job 10 minutes before the Job Start Time.

4. For verification purposes, tap on the “Take Selfie” button to selfie

  • A clear picture of yourself with no cap/mask/sunglasses

5. Tap on “Inspect Now” upon arrival at the Pick Up Location

  • To ensure you are not liable for any damages before starting the job, provide photos of all damages found & 4 clear views of the car (front, left, right & back).
For SOCAR jobs - Dashers will only have access to the 🔑 smart key after the inspection
For TREVO Custodian jobs - the next step is to upload the Before Odometer photo

What should I do if the guest asks me to wait ⏳ ?

You may proceed to wait until Job End Time.
If the guest request to wait longer than Job End Time, please inform the guest to extend booking hours (on TREVO app). Otherwise, please contact Live Chat to cancel the job & raise compensation.
The full job fee will be provided subject to proof of conversation with the guest provided. Otherwise, you will only be entitled to normal compensation.
Distance-based 🛣
The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes only (after selfie verification).
For compensation purposes, ensure to provide your proof of arrival at the Pick Up Location & conversation with the customer (if any).

6. Tap on “I’ve Arrived” upon arrival at the Drop-Off Location

If you are too far away from the Drop-Off Location, you will not able to complete the job.
Dasher must be at the drop-off location stated in the app in order to proceed to the next step.

7. Submit 4 Post-Inspection pictures & tap on “Submit & Complete Job

  • To ensure you are not liable for any damages before completing the job, provide clear photos of all 4 views of the car (front, left, right & back).

8. Rate & give feedback by tapping on “Rate Now"

9. Your completed job can be found in the ”History” tab

  • Submit all your claims within 72 hours.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Update Dash app steps from Job Start until Job Complete must be accurate at the point of time.
  1. Complete the job within the duration stated in Dash app. Otherwise, it will be considered late completion. Your payout might be affected. (Request for duration extension can be done via Live Chat with valid reasons. For example, travel duration is longer than the given time in the job)

  1. Pre & Post Inspection pictures of the vehicles must be clear. Otherwise, your claims will be affected as there is no proof of the job completed & penalty will be issued. Click here for more info.
