How to Submit Claims?

Step 1 :

Go to ‘My Jobs’ > ‘History’ tab

Step 2 :

Search & Tap on the completed job

Step 3 :

Tap on 'Claims & Compensation’

Step 4 :

Enter claim details & description (if any)

Step 5 :

Add receipt picture & submit

How to View Your Claims Status?

Go to ‘My Jobs’

On the ‘History’ tab, find & tap into the Job Ref

Tap on ‘Claims & Compensation’

Tap on the claims to view more details

If the claim is Rejected, tap on Remarks by Dash Team to view the Notes by Dash
